Rubber Fuel & Oil Hose
Rubber fuel oil hose also called flexible reinforced oil hose, reinforced fuel tubing, and fuel oil pipeline. It is suitable for the transportation of gasoline, kerosene, engine oil, and lubricating oil or other mineral oil in industrial and mining machinery, oil depots, and terminals at normal temperatures. Rubber fuel oil hoses are designed to safely transfer fuels, oils, and other petroleum-based products from one location to another. These hoses are specifically engineered to handle the challenges associated with fuel and oil applications, including resistance to oil, gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products.
- Tube: Black NBR rubber, smooth.
- Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic yarn braided.
- Cover: Abrasion, ozone and oil-resistant synthetic Nitrile rubber.
- Application: For conveying petroleum-based products, such as fuel, diesel, gasoline, lubricants.
- Temp. Range. :– 30 ̊C to +80 ̊C (22°F to 176°F)
Specification of Rubber Fuel & Oil Hose
Rubber fuel oil hoses possess several important features:
- Fuel and Oil Resistance: These hoses are constructed with materials that exhibit excellent resistance to various fuels, oils, and petroleum-based products, ensuring safe and reliable transfer.
- Reinforcement: Rubber fuel oil hoses may include reinforcement layers, such as textile or wire braids, to provide strength, durability, and flexibility.
- Flexibility: The rubber construction allows for easy handling, bending, and installation, even in tight spaces or challenging environments.
- Weather Resistance: These hoses can withstand exposure to sunlight, ozone, and extreme weather conditions without degradation.
- Temperature Range: Depending on the specific hose, they can operate within a broad temperature range, accommodating diverse fuel and oil applications.
- Different Sizes and Lengths: Rubber fuel oil hoses are available in various sizes and lengths to suit different requirements.
